Recent reviews
After receiving my disability checks via direct deposit the bank had engaged in some illegal activity. A savings account which I needed just to have a Sierra Central. Checking. An entity had charged that account. After I disputed the charges. That account was no longer supposed to be collecting late fees. But the fees kept occurring during the investigation Sierra Central illegally took the money from my checking account to cover the cost of the charges on the disputed account. They did it on a Friday afternoon. After they closed. And they also reported my card has stolen. I never reported my card is stolen. They are not open on the weekends so I had to wait till Monday to address the issue. They had zeroed out my account. I filed a complaint against them with the Department of financial protection and innovation bureau. After receiving a response from them. They sugarcoated the actions and refuse to address. The illegal activity they had engaged in. The issue had been resolved, but they failed to address why they were illegally doing the suspicious activities that they were engaging in It’s a corrupt cover-up. It’s a failure to take accountability and address the accountability of what they were doing illegally. It just so happens the same day that I receive the response. I was due my direct deposit. Three days later my direct deposit still hasn’t shown up. Even though I have proof and a letter saying that the direct deposit was already sent. The bank is now playing stupid and retaliating against me. They say they can’t see any direct deposit file coming in. That’s a lie. I have proof over the last seven months every single time. My direct deposit was sent. It was there the next day. Excepted a holiday had followed. There is no holiday that followed. Just pure retaliation. Staff had reached out to their back offices and of course they’re not gonna admit the wrongdoing they’re just gonna withhold those funds so the bills that I have can’t get paid on time and my car payment will be late I now have to file another complaint against them because now they’re attempting to ruin my credit. If they do this to me, imagine what they’re doing to other people. I’m actually leaving this bank and closing my account next month. The shadiness and corruption that is going on in those back offices. Is disgusting. I would definitely suggest staying away from this Bank. They are engaging any legal activities against their own customers. Be careful because this is what we call the plague of corruption.

Why is there no option to pay more towards the principal of a loan? I can call or stop by a branch, but nothing on the app. The whole point of a Mobile app is convenience! Dumb!
