Recent reviews

My initial subscription was through the App Store. Every year after renewing automatically through the App Store, I have to contact the company to reactivate my subscription. This year no one responded to my inquiry after two days so I cancelled and went with Nord VPN. I am not happy to have already paid and will likely not receive a refund for the annual subscription already paid. By the way, I receive an email begging me not to cancel my subscription but not addressing the earlier support request.

I was an Ivacy VPN customer and had a lifetime subscription. After PureVPN took over, they changed the terms of my lifetime subscription to 5 years and claimed that's standard in the tech industry. In tech industry, a lifetime subscription refers to the lifetime of the product, not 2 years or 5 years. Contacted their support and they said after porting from Ivacy to PureVPN, they removed lifetime subscription customers from being able to renew subscription free of charge. Stay away from this VPN provider and choose something more reputable.
