Never connects quickly. Most of the time won’t ever connect. Forces you to waste your time and disarm or alarm manually like an idiot. I wish I could meet the ceo of this company. Loser!

This app is absolute garbage. I usually make so many attempts to connect that I eventually give up and activate/deactivate my alarm system the old-fashioned way.

I have another app for a security system at another house called Alarm.com. IMHO Napco should try to incorporate some of this apps features and ease of use to help improve their app. My equipment will only work with iBridge. I might have gone to other equipment if I knew ahead of time what this app was like. Very disappointing.
