Oliveアカウントは5サービスをセットにしたパッケージで、残高別金利型普通預金・SMBCダイレクト・Web通帳(通帳不発行)・SMBC ID・Oliveフレキシブルペイを対象とします。契約時にはマルチナンバーレスカードが発行され、デビット・クレジット・ポイント払いを一体化して管理できます。

Recent reviews
Banking with SMBC is astonishingly bad. They are so afraid of online banking that they make you jump over several hurdles to do any one thing. Want to make a transfer? You’ll need to accept a voice call and use DTMF tones to verify your login. (If you’re using a phone that doesn’t support DTMF, you’ll need to visit a tone generator web site and play DTMF sounds loudly over speaker.) Then when you make the transfer, you’ll have to do it again. And then you’ll need to put in your one-time password. Launch the mobile app for that. Oops—update required, head to the App Store. Updated, but guess what? SMBC has changed their security system and wants you to update some setting on your account. Cancel out of that because it’s a waste of time. Head to the code generator and get copious warnings along the way. The irony is that their banking login credentials are insanely weak (a 4-digit PIN). Why not strengthen that? Why not use a username, password, and 2 factor authentication like normal online banks? Aside from all this: they charge a fee to transfer to other banks, and don’t even process it until the next business day. Meanwhile SBI, Suruga and some others charge zero fees, and process almost instantly. Stay away from SMBC unless it’s your only option (for example as a lender). Easily the worst banking experience I have ever had. Their online systems seem to assume everyone is incapable of protecting themselves online. It’s better to have clear policies and disclaimers, and a clean app without all of the handholding. It’s embarrassing.
