Here’s how it works:

See something in Richardson that needs to be fixed? (A pothole, high weeds/grass, missed trash/recycling collection, graffiti, watering violations, etc.)
Submit a request through the app. You can attach a photo and pinpoint the location using your phone.
City staff receives the request and resolves the issue.

Recent reviews

The first time I opened the app it displayed a white screen with an http 404 error and two buttons, “accept” and “cancel”. I assume the page is supposed to display the EULA. Can’t even get the 1st step after installing the app correct? I selected “CANCEL” and uninstalled. How much of our taxes are going to this very poor app developer? Should be zero.
