Very easy to use and user-friendly interface.
Convenience and on-the-go access with mobile banking.

Frequent login lockouts and password resets; the app sometimes won’t work for long periods.

Recent reviews

The app never works more than a week before it locks us out and then we have to go in the bank to have them reset it and we have to change our passwords again. App used to be great but now it only works about 10% of the time.

At least 3 times a week the SpiritBank app is down for “maintenance” and I can’t deposit funds into my personal and business accounts which is a huge inconvenience when running a company.
