Customer care not responding & Refunding is too late

I am very disappointed with this taxi service. I have been charged on a monthly basis without ever subscribing to any membership or recurring service. There was no clear consent given for these charges, and I never agreed to any automatic billing. What’s even more frustrating is that there is no visible or accessible option to unsubscribe or stop these payments, which makes the situation feel unfair and misleading. I have tried to resolve this, but the lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service due to these unexplained recurring charges and the absence of proper cancellation options.
