The ability to graph heart rate, and compare workouts is absolutely critical to guiding your training - it tells you how well you recovered and how hard to push. It’s crazy to me that there is only one app that allows you to do this comparison. Heart Graph is awesome because if this and if you’re serious about conditioning, you absolutely need it.

My goal is to get 20 minutes of zone 4 cardio at least five times a week. I run this app on my Apple Watch alongside monitoring my cycling activity on a Garmin Edge. I find the Heart Graph app indispensable toward obtaining my goals.

I paired this with a PowerLabs chest-strap heart rate tracker, and it works excellently. I particularly like the fact that Heart Graph is both very functional and also intuitively easy to use. Definitely worth it to purchase the three or four dollar premium option.
