The best tool I’ve found for managing zone 2 and hiit workouts. One of the few apps worth paying for.

Amazing app, almost perfect would be 5 stars if the app was able to write heart rate data to apple health kit. 3 other types of data can but not arguable the most valuable one, second by second heart rate for entire workouts, the one amazing thing the polar h10 can do, and why I’m using this app in the first place.

The new version isn’t as useful as previously Prior version ….. Older comments: What an amazingly good tool to create a foundation understanding about physical/cardiovascular health. I use it everyday because it captures reliably my stats and gives me options to compare different days. It also saves details for my primary care physician. Cannot tell you everything that is good/great about it ... it just is!
