Nice concept, not sure why it looks like a skin and not a transparent head, since it shows lug nuts, but whatever. They issue is the Deeley/latency makes it unplayable. Sounds ok, has the three or 4 sounds that come from this type of drum, has a had mutating button, but that’s usually up in the corner, should be triggered via multi touch. Just not a playable drum, so don’t bother.

What can I say? A flat iPad and iPhone cannot be a darbuka, but if you are out and about and feel like getting a tempo going then this simulation should scratch that itch! It has a nice recording function that you can save and replay previously recorded rhythms. Yup! I am enjoying this app to the fullest!
