I came with my sick wife to Turkey for treatment, but most of the drivers scamming us which makes our trip more miserable, whenever i tried to contact the support and send them about what happened. 100% ignoring us. Most of the time almost we are having a fight and calling the cops or the embassy.

Drivers tell me to pay more!!! I paid, and the app support dose not respond till today for this.

Avoid this app — they will charge your card for rides you paid in cash, and keep charging it after you remove it. I used Bitaksi three times in Istanbul. The first ride I paid by credit card through the app — no issues. For the next two rides I selected “Cash” in the app and paid the driver directly. The app confirmed cash payment both times. Two weeks later, both of those cash rides appeared on my credit card statement as “PARAM / BITAKSI MOBIL T” — for the exact amounts I had already paid the driver. I contacted Bitaksi and they insisted my card had not been charged, even though the charges were plainly visible on my statement. I disputed the charges with my bank and removed the card from the Bitaksi app entirely. About a week later — by which point I was no longer in Istanbul and hadn’t used the app in nearly a month — I was charged again! With the card supposedly removed and no recent rides, there was no legitimate reason for this charge to exist. I ended up cancelling the card outright, which is a serious inconvenience when you’re travelling in Europe with a US-issued card. Three rides, three billing problems. Use a different app.
