PaysafeCard - prepaid payments

Lol, seriously, just DO NOT do it. They are not worth all of the trouble. After I tried to cash out all the money that I put on a paysafecard voluntarily, MY OWN MONEY…first they gave the excuse that they cannot send it directly to my bank account, it has to be a check mailed to me. Fine, whatever, mail it to me. First they mailed it to an address I don’t live at, claiming “I verified” this address. No. I didn’t. I specifically stated through MULTIPLE emails, and the very FIRST email I sent I stated my mailing address, which was disregarded as they mailed it to a different address not even in the same county. Then they claimed that the issuing bank would contact me to fix the address and get the check sent out to my CORRECT address. That NEVER happened. So I proceeded to reach out to them again months later, and they claimed “your bank was issued the refund, and you can contact them” …. I NEVER gave them my banking information. Because they claimed they couldn’t send it to my bank and had to mail a check…but I contacted my bank anyways, just to be sure….They had no idea what I was talking about. No refund. So I address them again and ask them wtf, cause they’ve just ran me around with a dozen different excuses and still have not issued my refund to my own personal money. They send another generic automated response about how the refund was mailed to the “verified” address….the address that most certainly was NEVER verified. I’ve finally put it all down today, as my lawyer offered to look into them and figure it out. This site is beyond fraudulent, and they’ll do anything and everything they can to avoid accountability and keep your money.
