Frequent stability issues: app freezes, crashes, black screens, and messages getting canceled or not sending
Slow performance and processing delays, including non–real-time video processing and slow voice responses
Transition from Glide to Lloyd caused widespread UX problems and many users want Glide back
Ads and upgrade prompts disrupt usage and hinder resuming chats
UI glitches and feature gaps: awkward controls, overlayed buttons, inability to copy/share media, and missing basic functions like posting links

I've been Glide customer (Lloyd now) for many years and I don't like that I can't get access to my old videos cause you've blocked the access, that is unfair for us the customers, please allow access to our old videos
