I love everything about the app, just the tracking needs to be going live, to actually be able to track the shipments of the badges accurately . Other than that I love it.

As we all know, the July 4th event was abysmal. Absolute failure on JBoH. Numerous emails sent to the “support” address with no response. Either get on the ball or discontinue this altogether. Whoever is running this is asleep at the wheel.
