Traveling in Europe Google Maps gave us incorrect information several times

The “fastest” route is not always the safest route. Users need the option to create/choose their own routes because sometimes people would rather be the safest than the “fastest”. K Google? It would be incredibly useful to be able to create an alternate route in congested and or high risk areas. I’ll say it again: fastest route is not always the safest route. Make the routes customizable, it’s 2026 for Christ sake.
