The app is fine-ish. I have some usability qualms but it gets the job done. As for the real reason you use the app — the rides — you can expect reliable service in San Francisco; however, do NOT use this in Portland. The drivers don’t show up for scheduled rides, leaving you to panic to use non-taxi services to hail a ride.
