2025-07-14	Ye*****	The app resets every time you log into it, needing to redo username and password. It doesn’t matter if you hit remember me or enable Face ID it glitches out all the time. The old simple app was better whoever they paid to make this one they should get their money back.

2025-07-14	ju*****	Whoever changed the login must be nuts. It used to be so easy. Now, I continually have to sign in even though I have a Face ID passkey. You never know when the Face ID will work. Why? It’s so hard to open my app since now I have to look up my password first. Grrr! So frustrating!!!! I’ve been a customer for years, but just in a few recent months they’ve started charging $5 to transfer funds between accounts. Really? Anything to make a buck—do I need to start looking for a new bank? I hate being fleeced, especially when I’m moving my own money to a different account.
