Однако основная масса жалоб касается регистрации: не приходят коды, ошибки сервера и лимиты попыток, что блокирует вход. Дополнительные проблемы — несовместимость с VPN; строгий доступ к всей телефонной книге для начала общения вызывает озабоченность по приватности; отсутствие возможности создавать свои стикеры и ограниченные способы приглашения. Улучшения в этих областях могли бы повысить удовлетворенность пользователей.

Pros

Звонки и видеосвязь работают без задержки.
Приложение приятное и качественное в использовании.
Работает в России без VPN.
В целом всё работает нормально, хорошие отзывы по видео связи.

Cons

Не приходит СМС/код при регистрации — часто встречаются ошибки сервера и превышение попыток.
VPN часто не работает с BiP.
Требование доступа ко всей телефонной книге для начала общения вызывает озабоченность по приватности.
Нет возможности загружать и использовать собственные стикеры.
Ограниченные способы приглашения (нет прямой ссылки для приглашения).

Overall, I like the app, but there are a few things that I really hope will be improved. The first issue is with voice messages. Sometimes when I press and hold the microphone button to record a voice message, after I finish speaking and release it, the recording doesn’t stop. I can’t press “Send” or “Stop”—it just keeps recording, and I can’t do anything. The second issue is that audio, videos, and photos load very slowly and often lag. The app also frequently says that the connection is poor, even though my internet is fast and stable. I would also love to have more customization options, such as more chat themes and the ability to customize the bottom navigation bar. For example, it would be great to hide sections I don’t use, like Channels, add other sections, or rearrange the icons. I really hope these issues can be fixed in future updates. I enjoy using the app, but these problems can be quite frustrating sometimes.
