2019-04-22	hi*****	I love this app and it’s given me a new perspective on Shakespeare, it feels like I’m learning a new language. I did update my phone and had issues but quickly emailed them and the developer was able to help me set up my past purchases. It sounds like it’s one guy working on it, so I’ll give him some slack.

That email is supposed to send me a verification code to enter, but it doesn’t. It includes a link. That link does nothing to help me access a free play. It has to be more user friendly than this, especially with students trying to navigate a new app quickly.

Do you really expect ppl to purchase this app every time they own a new device?! That’s really stupid and it is deceptive at the same time.
