I’ve been using this app for several years. All of a sudden the app was not working. I reinstalled the app hoping that would solve the issue. Now I cannot log in. Regardless of which method I try using to log in, I get an error message. I paid for an entire year and cannot use the app. Frustrating to say the least.

I signed up for the free subscription of this app and it would not let me cancel. It bills my credit card weekly, and the company will not cancel my subscription.
