You can’t cancel online, you have to call customer support. Even after having to call and cancel service, they will charge you for an additional 31 days. There are free gps devices/service available through Amazon. The 31 day charge after you cancel is theft.

Started off great. ELD systems do what they’re supposed to. GPS has issues sometimes. Now I’m unable to log in and track my trucks. Every time I call for tech support, I’m placed on him or someone gives me generic info that isn’t helpful.
