Perfect OB Tracker is a fast, thorough obstetrics wheel and patient-tracking tool designed for iPhone. Manage multiple pregnant patients at a glance with due dates and gestational ages, with optional iCloud sync across devices. Sort by name or due date, search by patient name or medical record number, keep notes, and even track postpartum details such as delivery date, gender, and newborn name. A Quick Calculator lets you perform one-off calculations without entering patient data.

It supports multiple date inputs (LMP, conception date, EDC, ultrasound dating) and includes an intelligent keypad that moves automatically between fields. Get calendar-aware results — Estimated Due Date, LMP Date, Conception Date, 1st/2nd Trimester End Dates, Gestational Age, Conceptional Age, and estimated fetal length and weight from standard growth curves. Results default to today but can be shifted to any date, and a HIPAA-compliant passcode lock keeps patient data secure.

I’ve had this app for years. It just stopped working properly. I thought if I upgraded to the pink from the blue one I’d end up getting out the bug, however many weeks the woman is plus days? It only states weeks. Please help.

This is a good app for keeping track of clients. I’m a midwife and wish it had a few more options for writing notes and to make a r more customizable for our practice. But it does what it does well.
