SmartTruckRoute: Truck GPS

The routing on this app is horrible with correct vehicle settings. Takes me on bridge weight limit restrictions for trucks, back roads not suitable for trucks and hate the way navigations is set up when giving live directions. I even tried changing program settings to truck freeways and still have problems. Even went a step further to get coordinates for each truck entrance at warehouses and won’t even take me to truck entrances for coordinates. Once my sub expires time to look for another app as a back up to my amazing Garmin.

The routes are good, but that’s about it. For some reason my phone gets hot to the touch when I use Smart Truck Route to navigate (this doesn’t happen with any other nav app I’ve used). I also find it hard to understand the voice they used to give directions. During the two day trial period, the app asked me every couple of seconds if I wanted to purchase the product. I’m driving, and there is a pop up blocking the screen, and pushing “no” pulls up an even bigger pop up with like 5 choices on it. And the cancel button is in small print at the bottom. I’m driving, the app knows I’m driving, and it’s trying to get me to interact with it in a way that would completely consume my attention. Do the developers even drive? Please fix your app, and I’ll give it a second try. I do like your current pricing. But it ain’t worth it the way the app is now.
