2026-06-16	La*****	I downloaded and installed grasshopper. I created a username to create an account. I received an email with my username, pin, and number. They logged me out. I tried logging in with the username I registered with Grasshopper and from the email they provided me. Won’t let me log in. My username was not correct nor found. Deleted the app. Trash, malfunctioning app

2026-06-11	Je*****	I hate AI. I don’t want it. Also rating the mood of the transcripts is just gross. We fix people’s broken things: every msg will be “negative” because no one calls us to say they don’t need help. Old review: This app gets worse with every update. Just focus on functionality, stop trying to make it funky. (“Seek and you shall find?” Really?) Now, our phones only ring about 50% of the time and it’s upsetting our customers that they can’t get through to us like they used to. Everytime I try to find another service, I come back to this one because we need to use cellular calling and this appears to be the only service that allows it. Shame it doesn’t do it very well. Also when are we gonna be able to actually use an actual search feature? Let me search the CONTENT of texts and Transcripts. And when are we gonna get CRM integrations? Or at least release an API for Zapier use. Yall are terrible.

2026-06-06	Fi*****	After the most recent update, which I was excited to see fixed the text scaling in SMS so I could finally see the entire phone number again, I was horrified when I discovered that the app freezes every time I send or receive a text message. I have to force close the app after literally every message I send or receive now in order for the screen to update, and my phone now gets very hot while using the app for a few minutes. I guess I will need to find a new service because I can’t run a business like this.
