CASETiFY

I’m a Gold tier member. I bought a lot of their stuff and accessories for my iPads and iPhones. For what i pay for i assume i will get better quality of products or customer service than Amazon phone cases?But sadly i got none not quality/customer service. Goes to the quality first, I bought several iPhone cases after one year of usage the print was pilling off (not mentioning i usually put my phone in my bag when i go out) also i can’t claim a replacement or anything because it just passed the warranty period(since I’m a gold tier member i have 12 months prior to get a replacement but for regular tiers customers are 6 months). That happened to my 2 cases already. Right after past the warranty period. Goes to their service, My phone Charm is broken since I just bought it less than 3 months. So last week i reached out the customer service through the APP and file a claim to see if they can do something to help me. But a week later I didn’t hear a message or an email from them. Not even a confirmation email about my case. Very disappointed. APP are lagging hard to find products. Save your money go buy other brands. CASETIFY totally not worth the money. I will not buying a thing from them again.

I will try and try to get it to create and add a case to my cart but every time the screen either turns white or tells me to login before saving even though I am already logged in.
