This app lets you explore color spectrums in several different ways. * Table: Browse the colors by name or pallette. Search by name or hex value. Create new colors using the "+" button. * Image: Select a pixel from a photo by tapping on it. Load your own photos or choose from a few included gradient images. * Video: Look at the real world through your video camera. Line up the crosshair with the object you are interested in. * Mixer: Mix your own color with Red Green and Blue sliders.

The best feature of this app is the video option where you can simply point your iPad or phone add an object and it will tell you the name of the color in the crosshairs. Love it.

Need a way to define true white thru the camera. I have an iPhone 7+, and since the white balance is off, it throws everything off. I love the functionality tho. I'll keep it hoping for an update that allows a white balance setting

Finally an app about colors that does more than list all names alphabetically! You can see all the shades of red together, all the blues, and so on. Plus you can create your own colors. Great way to learn color names, and to put a name to a shade you want to identify. Highly recommended!
