I was very disappointed with the experience. Our group was picked up in a vehicle that was not adequately prepared for 3 passengers as requested. The front passenger seat was filled with the driver’s personal belongings, forcing all of us to squeeze in to the back seat, which was extremely uncomfortable. At no point did the driver offer to clear the front seat to provide more space.

I scheduled a 2 pm pick up from Manhattan to JFK. They texted me at 1:55 pm stating that the driver is 10 minutes late. At 2:08, they called to cancel due to the lack of drivers. What a waste of time! Still waiting for my credit card refund.

10 minutes till I’m supposed to be picked up I got a message that they’re running 10 minutes late. At the pick up time I get a message saying oh we couldn’t cover the ride. Sorry you have no ride today. I will be sure to let everyone I know in Manhattan to not use this service. The absolute worst!
