Recent reviews

After the recent “upgrade” online bill pay has become a confusing and difficult feature to access and utilize. It shows a “send on” date and a “pay on” date. Now I have no idea when the money will be removed from my account, and which date the payee will actually credit my payment, as the two dates are a day apart. I may close my account due to this.
