Similar experience to other 1 star reviews- we trialed Kango to take our daughter to gymnastics practice. Scheduled the ride 4 days early, accepted within 6 hours. 5 minutes before pickup the driver messages that her insurance isn’t accepted and cancels the ride.

This app is a bonefide life saver. It’s not cheap but it’s necessary so I just budget for it like anything else. The only thing that could make this app better is having more available drivers during school drop off hours 700-830 am. If you don’t book at least a full 24 hours in advance, you run the risk of not getting a ride.
