How can you expect to learn to play better when the person who developed it doesn't know how to play. Splitting is a very big part of blackjack. The counting part is nice but it isn't a true count if you can't play the game the way it is supposed to be played.

2 things that hold back this app. The first is that it is nearly impossible to select the exact dollar amount that you want to bet. It uses a slider that jumps at the slightest touch and when it jumps it jumps all over the place. The second fault is much more atrocious and that is the fact that there isn't the option of splitting the hand. In a casino, if you got a 10-10 for instance, you could split the bet in to two different hands and therefore have the opportunity to double your bet. What's bewildering is that the app even talks about using this bet to your advantage and yet it is not included in the game. So I hope they fix these two problems because I like the idea of building my skill of counting cards.
