WebTPA Mobile is heavily criticized for bugs, poor usability, and minimal functionality. Users report login failures or poor access, and after signing in there is little to no useful account information (ID cards, plan details, EOBs). The app appears outdated, with no recent updates, and sometimes broken links. A few users note basic data like balances and claims may show, or that biometric login may work, but these are rare. Overall, the app is viewed as largely useless.

Recent reviews

Needs a major update. As AI, slowly starts taking over it counter productive to just have a app that literally filled with bugs,glitches, and other form of systematic errors. This needs a major rebranding and soon before some just makes a better app.
