Coastal Community’s iPhone mobile banking app provides secure, convenient access to your Coastal Community Credit Union accounts on the go. View balances, review recent transactions, transfer funds between your accounts, pay bills (including future payments), and manage upcoming transfers—all with the same security as Online Banking. You can also send Interac eTransfers to other members or financial institutions, and choose to display balances onscreen without logging in.

In addition to everyday banking, the app helps you stay on top of your finances with real-time activity alerts, foreign exchange rates, and a Branch/ATM locator powered by GPS. If you’re not yet registered for Online Banking, you can still access the locator, rates, and contact information through the app. The app is free to download; mobile data and Internet charges may apply. Use the same Online Banking login to secure your session, and once you close the app your session ends.

I have been using this app for several years and it seems to be totally reliable. This is such a necessary feature in a banking app, but it is not always the case. I recently discovered that I can deposit cheque’s using the app that uses the camera on my iPad or iPhone to photograph the cheque’s for deposit. It’s so easy to do! I recommend this app highly!
