Equinix Customer Portal for Chrome connects your organization to Equinix services across North America, APAC (including China), and EMEA. Use the extension to place and manage orders for Smart Hands, Work Visit, inbound/outbound shipments, trouble tickets, security access, and conference room bookings. You can review and approve pending orders and shipments, clone, modify, or cancel existing orders, generate essential reports such as Order, User, Audit, and Installbase reports, and invite new users from your organization to collaborate.

Users like the app for ease of use and speed, especially for fieldwork, but reliability is a major problem. Repeated login issues, broken check-in/out and ticketing flows, frequent crashes or endless loading, and update regressions undermine value. Platform gaps (iPad support, landscape mode) and missing features (shipments) add to frustration. Overall, promising functionality exists but stability and completeness must improve for consistent usage.

Great data center company and their portal is super easy to use and their app as well!

This app is great when it works, but right mow it is broken. IBX Check In/ Check Out is a nice feature, Check In in seconds and through security in a breath. Check Out however is broken. Started getting an error message every time checking out via app since last update. IBX security is no help and support option/e-mail no longer works. Please fix
