I purchased the lifetime package and the app still displays the ads. I gave this two stars as I really like the usability of the digital planner, however, do not waste your time on purchasing the packages because they do not sync.

I’ve been a Premium Planner Pro user and rely on it daily, but I’m currently experiencing a major sync problem that has not been resolved. My iPad contains all of my correct data, but my iPhone shows different information and will not sync. The web version will not recognize my account at all and returns errors saying the account does not exist or that the data is in the wrong format. I contacted support and was told to download a “Planner Pro iPad app” on my computer, which does not exist, so I’m unable to follow their instructions. I have not received a meaningful solution since. At this point, my data appears to exist on one device but is not accessible or syncing across others, which is very concerning for a planning app. I would greatly appreciate someone from the team reviewing my account and providing clear steps to restore proper syncing and access.
