Whenever I click on my results the app continues to just close. I can never access my stuff, if your app has bugs then please fix it, there’s no point in making an app available for the public to access their results if it doesn’t work 🤷‍♀️ This isn’t even the first time this is happening, since y’all released the app it’s been happening. Then I gotta call the lab and request an email, FIX IT!!!!

If I were Lancet I would be ashamed of providing such a bad app. The app doesn’t work and just crashes when trying to retrieve results. If you try support you just hold and hold…. Very poor
