Unfortunately, you have to delete any payees you don’t want to see on your account instead of just being able to hide them when they’re not active. If you’ve been with Marblehead a long time, you may have several accounts that you only pay occasionally. (Plumber, electrician, Irrigation, a few stores you only shop at occasionally, etc.)) This means you might have to see numerous accounts that you only pay once or twice a year, or on an as needed basis. There’s no way to hide them. If you delete them, you have to re-enter all the information again, even though it’s supposedly saves the payment history. I always thought Marblehead had one of the easiest programs to use; I hope they fix the issues ASAP.

When Apple (computers) came to be, they were very intuitive. What was next was what the customer would naturally do/think next. Right now Marblhead Bank seems like that. It’s an easy app to work with. You don’t think about what’s next because it’s obvious. Nice smooth flow through all my banking needs. Simple. Please keep it intuitive I don’t think any of us ever wanted to be a software engineer so that we could pay a bill or check up balance online.
