EG Kalender

EG Kalender is an application that allows you to control your EG Kalender from anywhere. You will be able to create and edit appointments, book persons and/or resources within your own internal calendar as well as external calendar accounts that you may have access to.

Core functions: Access to EG Kalender account:

• Create and edit appointments with participants.
• Book resources e.g. conference room, car, projector, church, chapel etc.
• Edit internal appointment description.
• Edit confidential information.
• Edit public information shown on your webpage, provided that calendar and webpage are linked.
• Personal calendar – appointments can be marked as private, and thus will only be visible to you.
• Well-arranged calendar view that can be filtered. Choose which calendars you want to be shown.
• Booking module for undertaker.
• Integration with the system used by undertakers Opus2i.
