2026-05-26	JF*****	I have used this app for several years. The developer is focused more on advertising than core app functionality. The user experience has severely degraded over the years and is becoming more hassle than it’s worth. For example it takes several attempts to do a simple “Clock in at” because the save button doesn’t function for some reason. I can no longer recommend this app and will be looking for an alternative.

2026-04-21	Ka*****	I have been using this app since 2016. It used to be a great and reliable tool for my business. Unfortunately a year back and recently, there was a bug which made me to loose all my notes and payments confirmation for a several months. Currently I’m not even able to download the app to my iPhone. Also the alphabetical order of my clients is messed up. For each business is critical to keep evidence of services and their payments-unfortunately this app isn’t able to store and keep the data.

2026-04-11	Fo*****	UPDATE: The developer has stooped responding to my emails. My clients are now all out of alphabetical order and the app is super difficult to use because of this. ORIGINAL: I use this app for tracking all of my time with clients. It makes it super easy to keep track of my billing based on worked hours. The invoicing function could use some dressing up, but is fully functional and I depend on it. In as much, it has been very dependable and their syncing across devices has been flawless. I highly recommend this app for anyone that needs to keep track of hours and invoicing of clients.

2026-03-09	Fo*****	This used to be a good app, but their support team no longer answers their email requests and two features are broken. I just received my third apology email from them (after waiting 4 weeks for a reply). They have no resolution for the contacts no longer being alphabetized.
