This app for iOS is mediocre at best, with some core functionality being broken or hard to use. The UI has never been great—on the website or on the app—but specifically on iOS, a more recent update has rendered the “Linked Email Address” for an Opportunity invisible(?) and virtually unusable when mobile. This was a very core functionality to my workflow in order to associate emails sent & received to the Opportunity. Additionally, the search feature is difficult to navigate. Specifically, if I am viewing only my open opportunities, and then try to search within those, the search results will produce every opportunity for my organization, regardless of record owner or opportunity state/status. Combined with that, longer opportunity titles are cutoff, so you can’t see the full opportunity name when trying to filter through the already long list of opportunities, just to try to find the specific one you’re looking for. This app is painful and time consuming to use. Most often, I just wait until I’m back at my computer to make updates.
