Recent reviews

This has to be one of the worst app ui/ux I’ve ever seen. The ui is not responsive, trying to play a video feels like I’ve been transported back in time to 2008 with how slow and long it takes the video to load up. Please fix your video player and app design overall. Why is it so hard to find the instructors profile while watching the video. Just copy YouTube or something pls.

It makes me sad that this app has such great reviews, because it’s a bad app, with no real support options. I purchased a course that I’m trying to listen to while I drive. Problem is that the app keeps skipping lectures. I tried downloading the lectures on WiFi, to see if that would help, but it made no difference. I reinstalled the app, and how, only three lectures are showing up (out of hundreds). I let it sit for awhile on fast & reliable WiFi, and it still only shows those three lectures. I uninstalled again, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled. Same issue. I tried going to the help URL they’ve provided, and it’s just unhelpful articles, with no way to submit a ticket or request for support. So now I can’t listen to the course I paid for, and if anything, all they’re going to do is respond to this review saying “please visit our support page”
