AuctionACCESS Mobile brings comprehensive account management to dealers. Existing AA members can log in, upload or sign documents, resolve issues, and control who is authorized to do business. It also places your digital AuctionACCESS card on your device, generating a unique QR code on the home screen that can be scanned at participating auctions to validate credentials and print a bidder badge.

Version 4.0 and above adds enrollment for new dealers, allowing activation and full account management from your smartphone. Dealership owners can edit company information and receive updated floor plan availability from lenders. The built-in Offers tab delivers exclusive discounts for industry tools and subscriptions, helping reduce paperwork and speed up inventory purchases across physical and online lanes.

Im trying to enroll, but is almost impossible for a someone not related to a dealer, is very confusing ! I hope some want take a notice and explain, to a regular person how to get in to the sistem. Tanks!

Worst company you can work with . Terrible IT, totally incompetent customer service.

Probably the worst company in the US, their customer service very rarely and occasionally pick up the line, you may wait on call with the stupidest music you could ever imagine for alooooong loooooooooong time then you get bored and frustrated and you hang up. if there is an issue it might take days or weeks to be sorted out, most probably you might end up losing the auctions you’re planning to participate in. I paid the registration fee a week ago and still I’m not being able to do any business. why? they state that your account has issues and you have to contact their customer service support. but would they pick up??? i’ve tried tens on time and waited up to 25 minutes during working hours. Nobody is there. What a disgrace!
