Young women workers tried to help me find the perfume I wanted. I was told it was in the back. They took it behind the counter and wouldn’t allow me to hold the box. I am 60 years old and have a 16 year old daughter. My friend was with me a US Veteran 6 tours. I paid for 2 perfumes, we got in the car and the large Flower Bomb was not the original one I wanted. Customer service was poor. They were nice, but not allowing me to hold the box or having a tester and then told me they would damage the item out because I opened the box, didn’t spray it at all. Didn’t touch the top. When my friend opened the box in the car it was a pink bottle instead of clear. There is no excuse for not having a tester or for them to open the box to make sure it was the one I wanted to purchase. So, now I have bought it on Amazon! I was trying to support local business.
