Metrownome: A Rowing Metronome

Metrownome is a rowing metronome Chrome extension that uses visuals and audio cues to coach cadence. You can swipe up or down on the main screen to adjust the stroke rate, and choose a recovery ratio to match your drill.

Set a stroke rate, pick a ratio, and press Start. The app shows a rhythmically updating graphic while a continuous tone plays on the drive and short beeps mark the recovery. It works on an erg, from the launch, or in the coxswain’s seat, helping crews internalize the correct ratio quickly.
