I really enjoy the difficulty scaling of the AI. My only complaint is that my purchase on osx has not transferred to the ios app. I'm still waiting for a response from the developers about if it is possible to use this osx license on my phone

After years of continuous updates and marvelous improvements, Chess Pro is still cutting edge improvements and how all other chess apps in the App Store are measured and compared. Skip the silly and goofy “animated” and weak chess apps that fail at the ability to be configured to levels, play backs, and strategic adjustment. This app is the what all chess apps developers strive to achieve, but never copy. This app continues to blow me away, and is light years ahead of its closest competitor in technical ability - and I have tried 95% of all chess apps and desktop software. Lastly, I have to say it it is an improvement and a PLUS this app has lasted so long (with constant improvements) WITHOUT being “phased-out” whilst the developers come out with a brand new PAID replacement app, forcing you to “re-purchase” the “new and improved” app, or choosing to sell updates and improvements as “in-app purchases”, as is the case of the low-rent developers that must rely on this mercenary behavior to make money, since the quality and reputation of the app has stagnated and no longer generates money! Cheers!
