Poor connectivity, even under the best internet connectivity. App has not worked correctly with consistency in over a year! No matter how many times you call. When your job requires travel the Convience of the app provided the ability to securely service at a glance. Since the app has not worked correctly in over a year-discontinuing promoting it at a convenience when it’s not. Poor customer service for those needing the app when travel is limited to go in office!

This app hasn’t worked in weeks. It’s incredibly difficult to keep up with my prepay account without this app. I’m sure they are still turning power off at 3!
