I’m was sent a notification that my picture uploaded failed not once not twice over ten. With every report I sent I’m notified “recipient report” then notified “upload fail.” I’d like to also be able report anonymously since my neighbors kids are involved in gang activity.

This app takes too many steps and requires too much input. A photo and email should be sufficient. Had to enter address manually.
