Hunt Buddy BC

Hunt Buddy BC is a practical tool for reading the British Columbia Hunting Regulations Synopsis. It provides offline topographic maps and other mapping features through optional in-app purchases, and uses your device's GPS to tell you which Management Unit (MU) you're in.

It consolidates open seasons, bag limits, restrictions, links to detail maps, and other rules so you can see everything at a glance. The app includes the 2024-2026 Regulations Synopsis and the 2025-2026 Limited Entry Hunting (LEH) Synopsis. Optional features include LEH Zone Boundaries and the Mapping Package (downloadable topo maps, tracks, pins, GPX import/export). It is not a legal document and not affiliated with the Province of BC—the Wildlife Act and Regulations remain the final authority.
