EPAY Systems Mobile Punch Application enables Blueforce customers to use Apple iPhones for collecting Time and Attendance. The app supports Employee Clock In/Out and Start/End Meal breaks, captures GPS coordinates at punching time for verification (with 10-meter accuracy), and continues to function offline when GPS or cellular service is unavailable. Punches integrate with the Blueforce TLM System Time Card and Timesheet module for accurate attendance data.

Location-based, GPS-filtered dropdowns for Work Group (Site), Task, and Work Ticket simplify punches by showing relevant options at the current location. Features include free-form punch comments, search for Work Group/Task/Employee/Work Ticket, and the ability to collect extra punch details at clock-out. Supervisors can clock in/out employees by scanning Bar/QR codes, manage PTO requests and balances, allocate hours to different tasks or work tickets, and maintain a consistent EPAY user experience. Note: continued GPS usage in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
