I’ve used them for a few years now . Customer service has always been poor since they outsource but it’s gotten worse as of 2026 . It’s impossible to speak to anyone inside the US. Which is ironic because they operate exclusively here . I had an issue with changing dates on a trip I had , we were changing to shave a few dates off the end, and the host agreed to refunding the money for the time at least $150 and all of the support reps just said sorry trip is non refundable . That was their resolution . It’s $150 so I’m not going to waste even more time but just be aware that this will happen to you
