However, the app shows recurring reliability and UX problems: the bus schedule is frequently inaccurate or nonfunctional; updates are clunky and reduce usability (including a split with Wildcat Wheels that hides times or confuses users); and dining/menu access is inconvenient, with menu updates sometimes requiring re-downloads or forcing users to Safari to view menus. These issues appear across multiple reviews, dampening overall satisfaction.

Recent reviews

The app is great for what it is, but it’s constantly giving me notifications for messages and then the notifications never clear. It’s super annoying and clutters up my phone. I constantly have to delete and re-download the app to get the notifications to clear, which is super annoying.
