Quando enfrentando um problema, é quase impossível resolver a situação. O chat demora e não ajuda em nada. Paguei uma corrida 70 reais pelo aplicativo e o motorista resolveu cobrar pelo taxímetro sem avisar e sem encerrar a corrida. Resultado: uma corrida de 229 reais. Tanta diferença não se justifica, é um roubo!!!
